Who is Stratomatic?

- Stratomatica - is my blog place where I document things happening around me or that interest me. The name Strata, geologically speaking, are layers of sedimentary rock or soil with internally consistent characteristics that distinguish it from other layers. Too deep? Well, I like guitars. Mostly I like the sound and feel of Stratocasters.

I just saw a picture of one of these on my buddy's facebook. Taken down in Scottsdale where there is no grass. Hilarious, THOR needs to purchase it JUST BECAUSE!

Push reel mowers were popular in the 40-60's in town. Needed flat lawn and didn't dare let grass get over 4-5" long. Great-great granddad had one with a clippings catcher on behind & that made it push even harder!
We have a push reel mower. Emma said she would mow the lawn with it. I don't think it left the shed this summer. :-)
